Administrative Host Clause Samples

The "Administrative Host" clause designates a specific party responsible for managing administrative tasks and obligations under an agreement. Typically, this party handles duties such as record-keeping, communication with other parties, and coordination of shared responsibilities. By clearly assigning these functions, the clause ensures efficient management and accountability, reducing confusion and streamlining the administration of the contract.
