Aggregate Statistics Sample Clauses

Aggregate Statistics. From time to time we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, website traffic, product and/or service sales and/or other consumer-related information to carefully selected companies to identify trends and make marketing and other business-related decisions. These aggregate statistics do not include personally identifiable information of any individual customer.
Aggregate Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Amilia may monitor your use of the SmartRec Solution and collect and compile data and information related to your use of the SmartRec Solution that is used by Amilia in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the SmartRec Solution (the “Aggregate Statistics”). As between Amilia and you, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Amilia. You acknowledge that Amilia may compile Aggregated Statistics based on your data input into the SmartRec Solution. You agree that Amilia may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify you or your Confidential Information.
Aggregate Statistics. CoreWeave shall not collect or compile statistical data or performance information, analytics, meta-data, generated through instrumentation and logging systems, regarding the operation of the Service (“Aggregated Statistics”) other than Aggregated Statistics related to CoreWeave’s performance of its obligations, including system uptime, availability, response times, service performance metrics, error rates, capacity utilization, security event monitoring and support response times. For clarity, such permitted Aggregated Statistics shall not include or be sufficient to enable the discovery of any Processed Customer Data or Customer Confidential Information.
Aggregate Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the use of the Software, Equipment and the provision of the Services may include technologies that monitor, collect, compile, record and report to GSF certain Aggregate Statistics regarding the use of the Services by the Customer and Authorized Users. The Customer acknowledges that GSF may compile Aggregate Statistics based on the Customer Data provided under the Agreement and disclose such Aggregate Statistics to the Partners or the Customer. In addition, GSF and its Partners may use these Aggregate Statistics for improvement, system administration, monitoring, fraud prevention and to provide the Licenses, Equipment and Services, provided, however, that these Aggregate Statistics do not contain any Personal Information. Aggregate Statistics. In the course of providing the Services, CoreWeave may monitor Customer’s use of the Service to collect and compile statistical data and performance information, analytics, meta-data, generated through instrumentation and logging systems, regarding the operation of the Service, including Customer’s use of the Service (“Aggregated Statistics”). All right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by CoreWeave. Aggregated Statistics (a) will not include any Processed Customer Data or Customer Confidential Information and (b) must be anonymised and aggregated by Coreweave such that it is not possible to identify Customer or any Customer End User, Affiliate, or Representative.
Aggregate Statistics a. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Benchmark may monitor Client’s use of the Services and collect and compile data and information related to Client’s use of the Services that is used by Benchmark in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including, but not limited to, compilation of statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services (“Aggregated Statistics”). As between Benchmark and Client, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Benchmark. Client acknowledges that Benchmark may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Client Data input into the Services; provided, that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Client or Client’s Confidential Information. b. Client acknowledges that Benchmark engages with various research and academic institutions (“Research Institutions”) both through its work with the National Police Early Intervention and Outcomes Consortium (the “Consortium”) and otherwise, for Research Purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Client hereby acknowledges and consents to Benchmark’s sharing of anonymized Client Data with Research Institutions and/or the Consortium; provided that such shared Client Data shall (i) be anonymized, (ii) not identify Client or Client’s Confidential Information, and; provided, further, that any recipient Research Institution and/or the Consortium shall be subject to confidentiality requirements. Client shall not hold Benchmark liable under, or in connection with, any of the activities described in Section 4 or this Section 5 under any legal or equitable theory for damages related to or arising from this Agreement.
Aggregate Statistics. As between GSF and the Customer, all rights, titles and interests relating to the Aggregate Statistics, as well as all intellectual property rights relating thereto, belong to GSF.

  • Statistics The Parties shall endeavour to promote, in accordance with existing statistical cooperation activities between the Union and ASEAN, the harmonisation of statistical methods and practices including the gathering and dissemination of statistics, thus enabling them to use, on a mutually acceptable basis, statistics on trade in goods and services, foreign direct investment and, more generally, on any other area covered by this Agreement which lends itself to statistical data collection, processing, analysis and dissemination.
