AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. The work of the Aircraft Maintenance Technician will include all work generally recognized as Aircraft Maintenance Technician’s work performed by the Company in its airline operations in and about Company shops, Maintenance Bases and Maintenance Stations, including but not limited to checks, dismantling, overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling, welding, erecting and painting all parts of aircraft, aircraft engines, radio equipment, instruments, electrical systems, heating systems, hydraulic systems and machine tool work in connection therewith. Aircraft Maintenance Technicians must hold valid Federal licenses as required by Federal Law for their assignment.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. The Carriers will provide, at Amazon’s request, an appropriately certified and rated aircraft maintenance technician as a flight mechanic on each flight operated by the applicable Carrier for the first [***] days (extended to [***] days if any material service, reliability, or other issues are noted during the initial [***] days) after the entry into service of an Aircraft under this Agreement that is new or freshly converted. Amazon will pay to Carrier a per day rate of $[***] for each day that an aircraft maintenance technician is provided by a Carrier under this Section 2.21.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. At present, the UW Flight Center operates with a single aircraft mechanic. Pre-2017, the facility had two mechanics, one supported through the CA and the other supported through a University personnel line item. With the loss of the University line late in CA7, we were reduced to a single mechanic and that left the facility vulnerable to single point failures as well as a reduction in our safety margin. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, a recent hire into the facility engineering group, is also a certified A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA).   • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Supply and Maintenance of Equipment It is the responsibility of the Employer to furnish and maintain all equipment, machinery and supplies required by employees in the performance of their duties. Employees shall not suffer any loss in salary in the event that they cannot carry out their normal duties by reason of the Employer failing to properly maintain equipment, machinery or supplies or by reason of power failures or other circumstances not attributable to the employees.
