Alternate Procedures. In the event the Union identifies one or more new employees who did not attend the Union’s presentation as described in Section E., above, the Union may contact the Departmental NEO coordinator to schedule a mutually-agreeable fifteen (15) minute time slot for the Union to meet privately with the new employee(s). If the number of such identified employees is five (5) or more at a particular location, the Union NEO Coordinator and Departmental NEO Coordinator will work together to schedule a mutually agreeable thirty (30) minute time slot for the private meeting. One (1) of the Union’s representatives may be a Union member designated by the Union, and such member shall be released to attend under the terms and conditions specified in the MOU. If not otherwise provided for in the MOU, the Union may request release of a Union-designated member as provided for in Section E., above. This alternate procedure shall also apply to any employee who has promoted or transferred into the bargaining unit. 1. The Union NEO Coordinator shall coordinate with the new employee(s) referenced in the preceding paragraph and the Departmental NEO Coordinator to schedule a fifteen (15) minute meeting during normally scheduled hours, which shall not be during employee’s break or meal period, for the Union representative(s) to meet privately with, and provide materials and information to, the new employee(s). City representatives shall not be present during said meeting. The Union agrees to limit its presentation to only those matters stated in Section H., below. 2. In the event the proposed time cannot be accommodated, the Union NEO Coordinator and the Departmental NEO Coordinator shall work together to find a mutually agreeable time within ten (10) business days of the Union’s request.

If the number of such identified employees is five (5) or more at a particular location, the Union NEO Coordinator and Agency NEO Coordinator will work together to schedule a mutually agreeable thirty (30) minute time slot for the private meeting. At least one (1) of the Union’s representatives may be a Union member designated by the Union, and such member shall be released to attend under the terms and conditions specified in the MOU.
Alternate Procedures. Each Agency, with the Office of Collective Bargaining’s approval, may negotiate with the Union to establish procedures for moving positions and personnel in lieu of the procedures in the Article. Where the parties mutually agree upon alternate procedures under this Section, it is neither a prerequisite nor a requirement that ORC 124.321 through 124.327 or OAC 123:1-41-01 through 123:1-41-22 be followed, including the creation or submission of a rationale.
Alternate Procedures. If a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the collective agreement, an arbitrator as listed in Appendix B, shall at the request of either party: (a) investigate the difference; and (b) define the issue in the difference; and (c) make written recommendations to resolve the difference, within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the request and, for those thirty (30) days from that date, time does not run in respect of the Grievance procedure.
Alternate Procedures. The health plan provider will determine the benefits payable taking into account the most economical alternate procedures, services or courses of treatment based on accepted dental practice. A temporary dental service will be considered an integral part of the final dental service, not a separate service. The fee for the permanent service will be used to determine the usual charge for the final dental service.
Alternate Procedures. Where a con- tract requires the electronic submis- sion of invoices, the contracting officer may authorize alternate procedures only if the contracting officer makes a written determination that the Depart- ment of the Transportation (DOT) is unable to receive electronic payment requests or provide acceptance elec- tronically and it is approved one level above the contracting officer. (c) DOT electronic invoicing system. The Department of Transportation uti- lizes the DELPHI eInvoicing System. The DELPHI module for submitting in- voices is called iSupplier. Except as pro- vided in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section, contracting officers and DOT finance officials shall process elec- tronic payment submissions through the DELPHI System and the DELPHI module for submitting invoices, iSupplier. iSupplier is also the official system of record for DOT payment re- quests. If the requirement for elec- tronic submission of payment requests is waived under paragraph (a) or (b) of this section, the contract or alternate payment authorization, as applicable, shall specify the form and method of payment request submission.
Alternate Procedures. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Ether Custodian may accept delivery of ether by such other means as the Sponsor, from time to time, may determine to be acceptable for the Trust. The Sponsor or its delegates from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to subscription of Shares in lot sizes smaller than the Creation Basket and permitting the creation distribution to be delivered in a manner other than that specified in Section 3.1.
