Separate Service Sample Clauses

The Separate Service clause defines the treatment of services that are distinct from the main agreement or contract. It typically clarifies that certain services, although provided by the same party, are not governed by the terms of the primary contract and may require separate agreements or additional fees. For example, if a vendor offers both software licensing and consulting, the consulting services might be considered a separate service. This clause ensures that the parties understand which services are included under the current agreement and which are not, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over scope and payment.
