Amount of the Contribution Clause Samples

Amount of the Contribution. 1. Switzerland agrees to grant a non-reimbursable Contribution towards the reduction of economic and social disparities within the enlarged EU of up to CHF 130,738 million (one hundred thirty million and seven hundred thirty eight thousand Swiss Francs) to Hungary for a Commitment period of five years and a disbursement period of ten years, starting from the approval date of the Contribution by the Swiss Parliament, which is 14 June 2007.
2. Switzerland shall accept submissions of Final Project Proposals according to Annex 2, Chapter 2 for Commitment of funds until two months before the end of the Commitment period.
3. Funds not committed during the Commitment period shall not be available anymore for the Swiss–Hungarian Cooperation Programme.
Amount of the Contribution. Section 3.01 The budget of the trust fund is estimated to be US$ 170,000,000 > as set out in Annex V.
Section 3.02 The Commission undertakes to finance EUR five million (5,000,000) for the trust fund.
Section 3.03 Indirect Costs under this Administration Agreement shall not exceed 7% of the final amount of eligible Direct Costs of the Contribution.
Section 3.04 The following categories of costs shall be considered eligible under this Administration Agreement provided they comply with Section 14.01

Section 3.02 The Commission undertakes to finance EUR 1,000,000 for the trust fund.
Section 3.03 Indirect Costs under this Administration Agreement shall not exceed 3.1 % of the fmal amount of eligible Direct Costs of the Contribution. In addition, costs for program management, preparation and Supervision up to a maximum of 49,280 EUR will be charged to the trust fund on an actual basis and as a Direct Cost provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions. The final amount that the World Bank Group is entitled for Indirect Costs shall be adjusted to the actual disbursed amounts of the Contribution in accordance with Articles 14 and 17 of the General Conditions.
Section 3.04 The following categories of costs shall be considered eligible under this Administration Agreement provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions: Staff Costs; Associated Overheads; Consultant Fees; Media & Workshop Costs; Travel Expenses.
Amount of the Contribution. 1. Switzerland agrees to grant a non-reimbursable Contribution towards the reduction of economic and social disparities within the enlarged EU of up to CHF 5,988.000 million (five million nine hundred and eighty eight thousand Swiss Francs) to Cyprus for a Commitment period of five years and a disbursement period of ten years, starting from the approval date of the Contribution by the Swiss Parliament, which is 14 June 2007.
2. Switzerland shall accept submissions of Final Project Proposals according to Annex 2, Chapter 2.4 for Commitment or re-commitment of funds until two months before the end of the Commitment period.
3. Funds not committed during the Commitment period shall not be available anymore for the Cooperation Programme between Switzerland and Cyprus.
Amount of the Contribution. Section 3.01 The budget of the trust fund is estimated to be EUR 1,000,000 as set out in ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇.
Section 3.02 The Commission undertakes to finance EUR 1,000,000 for the trust fund.
Section 3.03 Indirect Costs under this Administration Agreement shall not exceed 7% of the final amount of eligible Direct Costs of the Contribution. The IBRD may, following deposit of the Contribution by the Commission, deduct from each Contribution of the Commission and retain for the IBRD’s own account an amount equal to 2% of the Contribution. In addition, program management, preparation and Supervision costs up to a maximum amount equal to EUR 50,000 of the Contribution will be charged to the trust fund on an actual basis and as a Direct Cost provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions. The final amount that the IBRD is entitled for Indirect Costs shall be adjusted to the actual disbursed amounts of the Contribution in accordance with Articles 14 and 17 of the General Conditions.
Section 3.04 The following categories of costs shall be considered eligible under this Administration Agreement provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions:
(a) For Bank-executed activities:
(i) Staff Costs (no indirect cost allowed); (ii) Consultant Fees; (iii) Contractual Services; (iv) Travel Expenses; (v) Extended Term Consultants; (vi) Media and Workshops Costs; (vii) Associated Overheads; (viii) Field Assignment Benefits; and (ix) Staff Costs.
(b) For Recipient-executed activities:
(i) Consultants’ services; (ii) Goods; (iii) Training and workshops; and (iv) operating costs.
Amount of the Contribution. Section 3.01 The budget of the trust fund is estimated to be EUR 2,000,000 (two million Euro) as set out in ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇.
Section 3.02 The Commission undertakes to finance EUR 2,000,000 (two million Euro) for the trust fund.
Section 3.03 Indirect Costs under this Administration Agreement shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the final amount of eligible Direct Costs of the Contribution. IBRD may, following deposit of the Contribution by the Commission, deduct from each Contribution of the Commission and retain for IBRD’s own account an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the Contribution. Accordingly, costs of trust fund administration up to a maximum of three percent (3%) of the holding currency of the trust fund will be charged to the trust fund on an actual basis and as a Direct Cost provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions. The final amount that IBRD is entitled for Indirect Costs shall be adjusted to the actual disbursed amounts of the Contribution in accordance with Articles 14 and 17 of the General Conditions.
Section 3.04 The following categories of costs shall be considered eligible under this Administration Agreement provided they comply with Section 14.01 of the General Conditions: works, goods and consulting services.
Amount of the Contribution. 1. Switzerland agrees to grant a non-reimbursable Contribution towards the reduction of economic and social disparities within the enlarged EU of up to CHF 66,866 million (sixty six million and eight hundred sixty six thousand Swiss Francs) to the Slovak Republic for a Commitment period of five years and a disbursement period of ten years, starting from the approval date of the Contribution by the Swiss Parliament, which is 14 June 2007.
2. Funds not committed during the Commitment period shall not be available anymore for the Swiss-Slovak Cooperation Programme.
Amount of the Contribution. The Company will deposit three cents ($0.03) per hours worked for each member of the Bargaining Unit.
Amount of the Contribution. 1. Switzerland agrees to grant a non-reimbursable Contribution towards the reduction of economic and social disparities within the enlarged EU of up to CHF 45’000’000 (forty five million Swiss francs) to Croatia for a Commitment period from the approval date of the Contribution by the Swiss Parliament, which is 11 December 2014, until the end of the validity period of the legal basis of the Contribution, which is 31 May 2017, and a disbursement period of ten years, starting from the approval date of the Contribution by the Swiss Parliament.
2. Switzerland shall accept submissions of Final Project Proposals according to Annex 2, Chapter 2 for Commitment of funds until four months before the end of the Commitment period.
3. Funds not committed during the Commitment period shall not be available anymore for the Swiss-Croatian Cooperation Programme.
Amount of the Contribution. Section 3.01 The budget of the MDTF is estimated to be USD 134.6 million as set out in Annex IV.
Section 3.02 The Commission undertakes to finance EUR 15.000.000 for the MDTF.
Section 3.03 Indirect Costs under this Administration Agreement shall not exceed 7 % of the final amount of eligible Direct Costs of the Contribution.
Section 3.04 The categories of costs as specified in point B of Annex I shall be considered eligible under this Administration Agreement provided they comply with Section 14 of the General Conditions.
