An Externally. Funded Appointment shall be for a fixed term to a maximum of five years, renewable for terms of up to five years. Non-renewal of an Externally-Funded Appointment does not constitute dismissal as defined in the Article Discipline. 10.1 Requirements for the advertisement of an Externally-Funded Appointment where the Appointment is for one year or less, or where the funding is linked to a particular individual, may be suspended by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the request of the Appointments Committee through the ▇▇▇▇. All other appointment procedures must be observed.
An Externally. Funded Appointment may be at any rank. Appointees may be considered for promotion using the processes provided for in the Article Promotion and Tenure but the provisions for granting of Tenure in that Article shall not apply. Members shall not be renewed at a lower rank. Members may be considered for Promotion.
An Externally. Interconnected Party shall be entitled to recover in accordance with this Clause 34.4 its costs and expenses reasonably incurred in acting in accordance with this Agreement as the Externally Interconnected Party for its Corresponding External Pool Members (as defined in the Pool Rules).
An Externally. Funded Appointment is one where more than 40% of the salary of the appointee is paid from a funding source external to the University, and not from the University's operating budget. Such Appointments are funded by outside agencies to support the Research rather than Teaching activities of a Member. Should the funding for such an Appointment cease, the Appointment shall terminate at the end of the current term of the Appointment. Such termination shall not constitute dismissal as defined in the Article Discipline.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • ANALYSIS AND MONITORING The Custodian shall (a) provide the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7.
