ANCILLARY SUPPORT Sample Clauses
The Ancillary Support clause defines the obligations and scope of additional services or assistance provided alongside the main contractual deliverables. This may include technical support, training, maintenance, or other supplementary services that help ensure the effective use or operation of the primary goods or services. By clearly outlining what ancillary support is included, the clause helps manage expectations and responsibilities, reducing the risk of disputes over what support is owed during the contract term.
