Assistance in Investigation. ‌ A. The District shall provide to the Association upon request such information as is necessary to the processing of a grievance. Requests for such information shall be submitted to the Superintendent by a designated Association leader or agent. B. All matters pertaining to specific grievances shall be confidential information and shall not be unnecessarily or indiscriminately related or divulged by any participant in the grievance adjusting process or by any employee of the District. C.
