Assistance in Investigation. During investigation by the Association to enable it to represent a grievant effectively, the District shall cooperate with the Association in furnishing it with such information germane to the grievance as the Association shall request.
Assistance in Investigation. During the course of any investigation by the recognized employee organization, either to determine whether it will represent a grievant or to enable it to represent the grievant effectively, the District shall cooperate with the organization and furnish to it such information germane to the grievance as the recognized employee organization may request.
Assistance in Investigation. ‌ A. The District shall provide to the Association upon request such information as is necessary to the processing of a grievance. Requests for such information shall be submitted to the Superintendent by a designated Association leader or agent. B. All matters pertaining to specific grievances shall be confidential information and shall not be unnecessarily or indiscriminately related or divulged by any participant in the grievance adjusting process or by any employee of the District. C. The Association shall obtain from the grievant and every participant in the processing of any grievance on behalf of the grievant a signed commitment that the above confidentiality will be maintained and the Association will hold the District harmless from any claim and damages in any case in which this confidentiality is violated by the grievant or any participant in the processing of the grievance on behalf of the grievant.
Assistance in Investigation. The District will supply the grievant, upon request, such information as is reasonably required for investigation or processing of the specific allege grievance.

  • Compliance Investigations Upon City’s request, Contractor agrees to provide to City, within sixty calendar days, a truthful and complete list of the names of all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that Contractor has used in the past five years on any of its contracts that were undertaken within San Diego County, including the total dollar amount paid by Contractor for each subcontract or supply contract. Contractor further agrees to fully cooperate in any investigation conducted by City pursuant to City's Nondiscrimination in Contracting Ordinance. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.
