Association Recognition and Rights Clause Samples

The "Association Recognition and Rights" clause formally acknowledges the existence of an employee association or union and outlines the rights granted to it within the workplace. Typically, this clause specifies the association's ability to represent its members, participate in negotiations, and access certain workplace information or facilities. Its core function is to ensure that the association is officially recognized by the employer, thereby enabling structured communication and collective bargaining, and protecting employees' rights to organize and be represented.
