AT‐SEA MONITORING PROGRAM Clause Samples

Typically, this involves placing trained observers or using electronic monitoring systems on board to collect data on catch, bycatch, and compliance with regulations. The core function of this clause is to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance, thereby supporting sustainable fisheries management and reducing the risk of illegal or unreported fishing.
