Authorization and Account Information Sample Clauses

Authorization and Account Information. Customer represents and warrants that: (a) the information Customer provides in connection with Customer’s registration for the Services is accurate and complete; (b) if Customer is registering for the Services as an individual, that Customer is at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and (c) if registering for the Services as an entity or organization, (i) Customer is duly authorized to do business in the country or countries and state and local jurisdictions where it operates, (ii) the individual accepting this Agreement and completing the registration for the Services meets the requirements of subsection (ii) above and is an authorized representative of Customer, and (iii) Customer’s employees, officers, representatives and other agents accessing the Services are duly authorized to access the Services and to legally bind Customer to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under Customer’s account.

Authorization and Account Information. You represent and warrant that: (i) the information You provide in connection with Your registration for the Services is accurate and complete; (ii) if You are registering for the Services as an individual, that You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and (iii) if You are registering for the Services on behalf of an entity or organization, (a) You are duly authorized to do business in the country or countries where You operate, (b) You meet the requirements of subsection (ii) above and are an authorized representative of Your entity or organization, and (c) Your associates, employees, officers, representatives and other agents accessing the Services are duly authorized to access the Services and/or to legally bind You to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under Your account.

Authorization and Account Information. You represent and warrant that, (i) the information You provide in connection with Your enrolment for the Console and the Services is accurate and complete; (ii) if You are registering for access to the Console and the Services as an individual, that You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and (iii) if You are enrolling for the Console and the Services as an entity or organisation, (a) You are duly authorised to do business in the jurisdiction, country or countries in which or where You operate, (b) the individual clicking 'Accept' on this Agreement and completing the enrolment for access to the Console and the Services meets the requirements of subsection (ii) above and is an authorised representative of Your entity, and (c) Your employees, officers, representatives and other agents accessing the Console and the Services are duly authorised to access the Console and the Services and to legally bind You to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under Your Account.

Authorization and Account Information. You represent and warrant that: (a) the information you provide in connection with your registration for the Services is accurate and complete; (b) if you are registering for the Services as an individual, you are at least l8 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and (c) if you are registering for the Services as an entity or organization, (i) you are duly authorized to do business in the country or countries where you operate, (ii) the individual clicking “Accept” on this Agreement and completing the registration for the Services meets the requirements of subsection (b) above and is an authorized representative of your entity, and (iii) your employees, officers, representatives, and other agents accessing the Services are duly authorized to access the Services and to legally bind you to this Agreement and all transactions conducted under your account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TM Tech reserves the right to refuse service or additions to existing services to any customer or potential customer, for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
