Automobile Vandalism. The School Committee will, upon receipt of a documented claim and evidence of any insurance company payment, contribute a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) to offset the deductible costs incurred by the teacher. The documentation must establish the vandalism act occurred while the teacher was on-the-job and executing the assigned duties of his/her job.

  • Automobile Insurance The contractor/consultant/service provider shall maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. COI must show “All Autos”.

  • Vandalism Vandalism will result in cancellation of privileges. Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy data of another user, Internet, or any of the above listed agencies or other networks that are connected to any of the Internet backbones. This includes, but not limited to, the uploading or creation of computer viruses.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
