Available Network Elements Clause Samples
The 'Available Network Elements' clause defines which components of a telecommunications or data network are accessible for use under the agreement. It typically lists or references specific network infrastructure, such as switches, routers, transmission lines, or other facilities, that the service provider makes available to the customer. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the network resources included in the service, helping to prevent disputes over access and to set expectations regarding the scope of service provided.
