Available Products and Services. All products, and accessories identified may be purchased under this contract, except for any restrictions or disallowed products and services set forth directly below in this section: a. For requirements greater than $5,000.00 competitive bidding to all awarded contractors is required. (Additional Purchasers are not subject to this requirement).

Available Products and Services. The full suite of Products and Services offerings available under Attachment B of the Master Agreement as listed on the Contract Pricelist as published on the Contractor’s NASPO ValuePoint Webpage may be purchased under this Participating Addendum.

Contractor shall be responsible to the Purchasing Entity for successful performance and compliance with all requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that each and all of the promises it makes as “Contractor” in the Parent Agreement and in this Participating Addendum will apply to all products and services provided hereunder, regardless of who is providing or licensing the product or performing the work.

Available Products and Services. (a) The products and/or services listed in this section may be purchased under this Agreement, subject to the requirements for ordering established under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to offer such products and/or services subject to (i.) product or service availability, and (ii.) the applicable discount rate meets or exceed the stated Manufacture and % off MSRP criteria in the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Products and services that do not meet this criteria will (i.) not be offered for purchase through Contractor or (ii.) Upon request from the State, Versatile will deliver a quote specifying the best available % off MSRP for consideration.

Available Products and Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Personal Online Banking can be used to (a) give an order to the Bank to make a transfer of funds from any of your deposit accounts to any other of your deposit accounts or any of your loan accounts as long as your OLBS application designates the account from which the transfer is to be made as an account from which transfers can be made, (b) request from the Bank available information concerning any of your deposit accounts and transactions involving any of your deposit accounts, (c) establish “Alerts,” which are electronic messages that may be generated and sent to you when certain events occur or when your account reaches a certain balance, and/or (d) give an order to the Bank to stop payment on any check issued on one of your deposit accounts with the Bank.
