Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local No. 622, as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all of its employees save and except those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia and Article 3 and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, looking towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.
