Basic Services By Project Phase. 3.01.01 Consultant agrees to: (A) Provide complete professional architectural, engineering and/or other professional design services set forth in the Phases enumerated hereinafter and all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to perform services; (B) Complete those design services in accordance with the project schedule (Attachment 1, Project Schedule, as attached to this Exhibit A), (C) complete those services that will deliver a facility (or facilities) within County's established budget for the project (Attachment 4, Project Budget, as attached to this Exhibit A) and (D) Participate in the Contract Administrator's programs of Value Engineering and Constructability Reviews throughout Phases I (Schematic Design), Phase II (Design Development) and Phase III (Contract Documents). 3.01.02 Consultant shall schedule and attend a bi-weekly project review and coordination meetings with representatives of the Contract Administrator throughout the Predesign Phase and Phases I through IV of the Project. At each of these meetings, Consultant and Contract Administrator shall review the Project's budget, schedule, and scope along with Consultant's development and progress to date on the respective phases of the Project and any special problems related to the continuing progress of the project. Consultant shall attend weekly meetings during Phase V (Construction) as required elsewhere in this Agreement. For each project review meeting, and as may be otherwise appropriate during any project phase, Consultant shall provide progress sketches and other documents sufficient to illustrate progress and the issues at hand for the Contract Administrator's review. Consultant shall not be entitled to claims for delays to the Project Schedule due to Consultant's provision of such documents.
Basic Services By Project Phase. 3.01.01 Consultant agrees to: (A) Provide complete professional architectural, engineering and/or other professional pre-design services set forth in the Phases and/or tasks enumerated hereinafter and all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to perform services; (B) Complete those programming services, project needs assessments for both the Medical Examiner’s Office and BSO Crime Laboratory, site utilization analysis with potential layouts and use scenarios, project schedule and “order of magnitude” estimating services, (C) complete those services that will deliver a comprehensive study and recommendations for a Medical Examiner’s Office and BSO Crime Lab Combined Facility. 3.01.02 Consultant shall schedule and attend project review and coordination meetings with representatives of the Contract Administrator throughout the duration of the Project. At each of these meetings, CONSULTANT and Contract Administrator shall review the Project's schedule and scope along with CONSULTANT's development and progress to date on the respective phases and tasks of the Project and any special problems related to the continuing progress of the project. For each project review meeting, and as may be otherwise appropriate during any project phase, CONSULTANT shall provide progress sketches, 3D Building Information Models (BIM) and other documents sufficient to illustrate progress and the issues at hand for the Contract Administrator's review.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in ▇▇▇▇▇, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the State highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the State highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit. 6.1.2 The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Amount Available for the Construction Contract identified in the Program of Requirements. 6.1.3 In multiple package projects, the Basic Services Fee for each package shall be determined in a manner agreed to by A/E and Owner. The Architect/Engineer’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all packages. 6.1.4 If the description of the Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee shall be adjusted equitably.
