Before and After School Program Sample Clauses

The "Before and After School Program" clause defines the terms and conditions under which supervised care and activities are provided to students outside of regular school hours. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility requirements, hours of operation, fees, and responsibilities of both the program provider and the parents or guardians. For example, it may specify that students can be dropped off as early as 7:00 AM and picked up as late as 6:00 PM, and detail the types of activities or snacks provided. The core function of this clause is to establish clear expectations and logistical arrangements for extended student supervision, thereby supporting working families and ensuring student safety during non-school hours.
