Beginning November. 1st through January 10th of each year, reclassification may be requested through the submission of a “Job Reclassification Questionnaire” (Appendix F) form submitted to the Personnel Department for any position in Appendix A of this agreement.
Beginning November. 1, a bargaining unit member seeking a transfer to a lateral or lower paid position will be subject to the guidelines established in Section 9.1.
Beginning November. 1, 2019, payments under the Short Term and Long Term Disability Plans referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of this Article will not be made for:
1. The first twenty-four (24) hours of absence for any non-occupational disability.
2. Any disability occurring during the first 12 months that the employee’s plan coverage is in effect if caused by any condition for which he or she received treatment during the three month period before his or her coverage became effective, or
3. Any period of non-occupational disability absence beyond the 24th consecutive hour during which the employee is not under treatment by a licensed practicing physician, or
4. Any disability caused directly or indirectly by war declared or undeclared, or
5. Any intentionally self-inflicted injury, or
6. Any disability resulting from commission of a felony, or
7. Any disability due to willful misconduct, violation of Company rules, or refusal to use safety appliances.
Beginning November. 10, 2018, the School District shall pay ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an annual salary of One Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($178,000.00). Beginning July 1, 2019 and effective July 1st of every year of this Employment Contract, the School District shall pay ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an annual salary of his then-current annual salary which, at a minimum, shall be increased by two percent (2%) and which increased salary shall be established as ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ base annual salary. Beginning November. 1, 2013 and continuing until the Revolving Loan Principal Debt is paid in full and the Revolving Loan Commitment has been terminated or has expired, Borrowers shall pay to Lender an unused commitment fee monthly in arrears equal to 0.375% per annum times the actual daily amount by which the Revolving Loan Commitment exceeds the Revolving Loan Principal Debt for the prior month (or portion thereof). Borrowers shall execute and deliver the ACH Authorization Agreements on the Closing Date and shall make, or cause to be made, payments of such fee when due by ACH transfer or automatic debit from Borrowers’ accounts into Lender’s accounts as designated on attached Schedule 1 or such other accounts as Borrowers and Lender may agree in writing. All unpaid fees accrued under this Section 4.2(c) are due and payable on the Revolving Loan Maturity Date.

Beginning November. 1, 1999, TrimFast shall have no right to market or promote the Immmu and Immcel products and agrees to refrain from using any marketing material containing the Immcel and Immu product line. In the event that any orders are received for Immmu or Immcel products after October 31, 1999, TrimFast agrees to refer these orders to Immcel or Immmu for fulfillment.
