Beta Clause Samples

The Beta clause defines the terms under which a product or service is provided in a pre-release, experimental stage to users. Typically, it clarifies that the beta version may be incomplete, subject to change, and could contain bugs or limited functionality, and it often limits the provider's liability for issues arising from its use. This clause is essential for managing user expectations and protecting the provider from legal claims while gathering feedback and testing the product before its official launch.
