Service Pages. The Service will: (i) be produced and managed by N2K, including but not limited to hiring and managing creative, technical, customer support, and general staff as needed to do so; (ii) hosted and maintained solely on N2K's servers; and (iii) have a "Nets▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" ▇▇main name (or such other domain name as Netscape may determine). N2K and Netscape will mutually agree to the initial design and look and feel of the Service and its Web pages. Netscape will be responsible for assisting N2K with the navigational and architectural structure for displaying the contents of the Service's Web pages (i.e., text and graphical elements). [****].
Service Pages. The Service will: (i) be produced and managed by Participant; (ii) have a "Nets▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" ▇▇main name (or such other domain name as Netscape may determine); and (iii) reside solely on Participant's servers. All access to the Service shall be deemed to be via Netscape's Web Site, and therefore shall be Netscape traffic. Every page of the Service shall be co-branded by Netscape and Participant, and such co-branding shall appear above the fold. Every page of the Service shall include navigational and branding elements, which shall appear above the fold and offer end users navigational controls within Netcenter. Netscape will determine, subject to Participant's prior approval (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), the design/user interface, promotions and links in all of the pages of Service, provided that (i) all pages are consistent with the Netcenter look and feel; (ii) all pages integrate key aspects of Netcenter navigation and functionality; (iii) branding on all pages in the Service is consistent with the Netcenter branding scheme; and (iv) all pages provide links to Netcenter including but not limited to a Netcenter footer. Trailers (or successors thereto) at the bottom of outbound, forwarded, POP3, and IMAP messages will also have a link to the Service, including the full name of the Service. Any additional content for trailers (or successors thereto) shall be mutually determined by Netscape and Participant.
Service Pages. Participant and Netscape shall mutually agree on the initial design and look and feel of the Service Pages in accordance with Exhibit A. Netscape shall provide specifications and production schedule (if any) for the navigation, templates and architecture of the Service Pages in accordance with Exhibit A. Netscape may (i) amend Section I(a) of Exhibit A as mutually agreed upon with Participant; and (ii) amend Section 1(b) of Exhibit A from time to time upon reasonable notice to Participant. Unless otherwise agreed, the Service Pages shall not include any link outside of the Channel. The Service Pages shall: 2.3.1 Be produced and managed by Participant, including but not limited to hiring and managing creative, technical, customer support, and general staff as needed; 2.3.2 Be hosted and maintained solely on Participant's servers; 2.3.3 Have a "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" domain name or such other domain name as Netscape may determine
Service Pages. Participant shall take all steps necessary to ensure that any contest, -------- sweepstakes or similar promotion conducted or promoted through the Service (a "Contest") complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Participant shall provide Netscape with (i) at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of any Contest and (ii) upon Netscape's request, an opinion from Participant's counsel confirming that the Contest complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Netscape Look and Feel. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Netscape shall ---------------------- own all right, title and interest in and to the look and feel of the Index Pages and the Service Pages (the "Netscape Look and Feel"). In addition, Netscape shall retain editorial control over the portions of the Service and Index Pages which frame the Licensed Content including without limitation the Index Page and Service Pages (the "Netscape Frames"). Netscape may, at its discretion, incorporate navigational icons, links and pointers or other Content into such Netscape Frames.
Service Pages. N/D shall provide the specifications and production ------------- schedule (if any) for the navigation, templates (including headers and footers), architecture, and look and feel of the Service Pages in accordance with the mock-ups and site maps, if any, provided as part of Exhibit A. N/D may amend the content required on the Service Pages and/or the mock-ups or site maps provided as part of Exhibit A from time to time upon reasonable notice to Participant and, if Participant is unable to provide any such amended content, then N/D may supplement the Service accordingly. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant shall maintain substantially the same prominence, positioning and exclusivity as set forth in Exhibit A. The Service Pages shall not include any link outside of Netcenter or the DCI Service, respectively, other than Participant's Application Page. Where appropriate, Participant will modify links within the Service to re- circulate users to other N/D services. The Service Pages shall: (i) be served, produced and managed by Participant, including but not limited to hiring and managing creative, technical, customer support, and general staff as needed; (ii) be hosted and maintained solely on Participant's servers; (iii) include a field providing search functionality to Netscape's Net Search link; and (v) be co-branded in accordance with Section 2.4. Participant acknowledges that all web site traffic on the Services is to be allocated to N/D and not Participant. Within twenty (20) days from the Effective Date, Participant will send a letter on Participant's letterhead, executed by an officer of Participant to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Media Metrix (35 ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ 10010), requesting that the site traffic for the Services be reassigned from Participant to N/D. The letter addressed to Media Metrix must include the URL for each of the Services. Such URL must be specific to N/D, such as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and can not be an extension of a URL such as ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The procedure for reassigning web site traffic outlined in this Section 2.3, is subject to change without prior notice by Media Metrix. In the event that the procedure to reassign web site traffic is changed or Media Metrix is no longer the primary provider of web site audience measurements, Participant shall take whatever actions are necessary to insure that the allocation of all web site activity on each of the Services is allocated to N/D and not Participant, i...
Service Pages. (a) The Service will: (i) be produced and managed by Concentric, including but not limited to hiring and managing creative, technical, customer support, and general staff as needed to do so; (ii) be hosted and maintained solely on [*]; and (iii) have a [*] (such as [*] or such other [*] as Netscape may determine). (b) Concentric and Netscape will mutually agree to the design and look and feel of the Service and its Web pages. Netscape will be responsible for assisting Concentric with the navigational and architectural structure for displaying the contents of the Service's Web pages (i.e., text and graphical elements). At Netscape's expense, Netscape will provide the services of a producer to assist with the design of the Service's Web pages. (c) Every page of the Service will be Co-Branded above the fold.

Notwithstanding Section 2.3(i)-(ii) above, Participant may have a third party host and maintain the Service Pages, provided that Participant ensures that such third party agrees to meet all of the applicable requirements set forth in this Agreement.
Service Pages. The Service Pages shall: (i) be served, produced and managed by, or for CNN co-branded sites on behalf of, CNN, except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties; (ii) be hosted and maintained solely on CNN’s servers (excluding the Search Engine and other Third Party Provider Technology), except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties; and (iii) have a domain name determined at CNN’s sole discretion.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services.
