BID ACCEPTANCE. The College reserves the right to accept or reject the successful bid in part or in entirety.
A. The successful bidder agrees to grant the College the right to accept or reject their proposal in part or in entirety.
B. If the successful bidder’s proposal is to be accepted or rejected only in its entirety, the successful bidder must notate “entirety” in the top right corner of the first page of their proposal.
BID ACCEPTANCE. 1. If the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County School District accepts a bid in response to this request, it will accept the bid of, and award said bid to the highest and best responsive bidder meeting requirements herein stated.
2. All bids shall be binding for a minimum of thirty (30) days following the acceptance of the bid by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Board of Education.
3. If bidder wishes to receive a copy of the bid tabulation, a self-addressed stamped envelope must be included with their bid. The envelope should be marked with the BID NUMBER located on the BID PROPOSAL form. $ Per year plus all taxes, if any be due, each year for a term of

3. I agree to pay the first year's rental in advance (CERTIFIED CHECK ENCLOSED) and on each due date thereafter. Unless a certified check is included with my bid, this bid shall be considered incomplete and rejected.
4. I agree to keep all improvements, drainage, and property in a good state of repair, at my own expense, and to return it to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (LESSOR) in the same condition as it was in at the beginning of the term of this LEASE, the natural wear and tear and acts of God excepted.
5. I recognize the authority of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION to reject any and/or all bids submitted for inadequate compensation of rent.
6. The minimum acceptable bid shall be $7000.00 PER YEAR as established by Appraisal Research Company.
7. I fully understand and accept the terms of which this bid is offered.
BID ACCEPTANCE. The bid/proposal shall be binding upon the Bidder/Offeror for a minimum of 60 days following the bid/proposal receipt and opening date. Any bid/proposal for which the Bidder/Offeror shortens the acceptance period may be rejected as determined by the Agent.
BID ACCEPTANCE. Seller is not required to accept a bid that is monetarily superior to the terms set forth in this Agreement, but may propose and recommend to the Bankruptcy Court acceptance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement if it determines this Agreement to be in the best interests of Seller’s bankruptcy estate and Seller’s creditors.

UNHCR may at its discretion increase or decrease the proposed content when awarding the contract and would not expect a significant variation of the rate submitted Any such increase or decrease in the contract duration would be negotiated with the successful bidder as part of the finalization of the Purchase Orders for Services.
BID ACCEPTANCE. Unless otherwise specified in these Tender Documents, Tenderers agree that this Tender constitutes an irrevocable offer to provide the goods and/or services described herein for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days from the closing date for the receipt of Tenders. Acceptance by the Corporation is effective upon approval by its awarding authority without communication or notice to the Tenderer, although such notice will, of course, be given as expeditiously as possible.

Please note than UNHCR is not bound to select any of the firms submitting bids and does not bind itself in any way to select the firm offering the lowest price. Furthermore, the contract will be awarded to the bid considered most responsive to the needs, as well as conforming to UNHCR´s principles, including economy and efficiency and best value for money.

C. The successful bidder may choose to provide an all-inclusive price for all locations listed in addition to the individually priced locations.
D. The College reserves the right to accept individual locations from multiple bidders or to accept an all-inclusive bid from a single bidder.
