BPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clause Samples
The "BPA Terms and Conditions" clause defines the standard rules and requirements that govern transactions under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). It typically outlines the obligations of both the buyer and seller, such as order procedures, payment terms, delivery expectations, and dispute resolution mechanisms. For example, it may specify how orders are placed against the BPA, the timeframe for deliveries, and the process for handling returns or defective goods. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistency and clarity in all purchases made under the BPA, reducing misunderstandings and streamlining procurement processes.
