Common use of BUS ROUTE ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

BUS ROUTE ASSIGNMENTS. Bus assignment shall be maintained in a manner which will provide placement of newer or more mechanically sound buses on the longest routes or the route which places the greatest amount of mechanical stress on the bus because of the physical nature of the route.
