The Bypass Flow clause establishes the conditions and procedures under which a party may circumvent the standard process or workflow outlined in an agreement. Typically, this clause details specific scenarios—such as emergencies, system failures, or regulatory requirements—where following the usual steps is impractical or impossible, and it may require notification or approval before bypassing the normal flow. Its core function is to provide flexibility and ensure continuity of operations when adherence to the standard process would be detrimental or infeasible, thereby minimizing disruptions and managing risk.
Bypass Flow. The Permittee shall pass 80% of the flow at all times to keep all aquatic species including fish and other aquatic life in good condition below the point of diversion.
Bypass Flow. Permittee shall ensure that Permittee’s diversion facility passes sufficient flow at all times to keep fish below the facility in good condition. If at any time the diversion rate identified in subsection (e)(4)(A) cannot be maintained, Permittee shall cease diversion and all natural flow shall be allowed to bypass the point of diversion.

  • Bypass Any of the steps in this procedure may be bypassed with mutual written consent of the parties involved at the time the bypass is sought.

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles.
