Calculation of Salary. a) Part-time teachers shall be paid a prorated salary appropriate to the teacher’s qualifications and experience, in compliance with the salary schedule. b) A full-time teacher’s salary will be calculated by adding to the appropriate grid salary all additional allowances provided for in the collective agreement. c) A part-time teacher will receive their salary as calculated in b) above multiplied by the fraction which represents the portion of the teaching year worked by that teacher.
