Calculation of Service Credits. Where a Monthly Review Period incorporates part of a month, any service credit will apply to a pro-rated monthly Rental Charge.

Calculation of Service Credits. Where a Monthly Review Period incorporates part of a month, any Service credit will apply to a pro- rated Monthly Charge. Service credits will be calculated monthly, aggregated and credited to the Customer on a quarterly basis. If a Service is cancelled during a Monthly Review Period, no Service credit will be payable in respect of that Circuit for that Monthly Review Period. The Customer must claim any Service credit due to a failure to meet the Service levels, in writing, within twenty one (21) business days of the date at which the Customer could reasonably be expected to become aware of such failure. The Customer shall not be entitled to any Service credits in respect of a claim unless and until Node4 has received notice of the claim in writing in accordance with the above. Should Node4 require additional information from the Customer, the Customer shall assist, and shall not be entitled to any Service credits until Node4 has received all the information it has reasonably requested.
Calculation of Service Credits. For each Performance Failure the all-inclusive monthly amount payable to the Service Provider shall be reduced by the applicable Service Credits. If a single triggering event directly causes two (2) or more Performance Failures in any month; and but for such event, none of such Performance Failures would have occurred, then SARS shall be entitled to receive only a single Service Credit for a single Performance Failure (which SARS may select in its sole discretion). Service Credits arising in respect of the last month of the Agreement term shall be withheld out of the final payment due. Applicable Service Credits will be levied against the first monthly invoice following the month in which the Performance Failure occurred. SARS may, at its election and with prior notice to the Service Provider, cause the Service Credit to be set off against the Service Provider’s payment.
Calculation of Service Credits. Service Credits are calculated as the Service Commitment less the Monthly Uptime, multiplied by the total charges paid by Customer (excluding one-time payments such as set-up payments) for the Software Service that was Unavailable for the calendar month in which the Unavailability occurred, up to a maximum of 20% of said charges.
Calculation of Service Credits. 6.1 The value of one Service Credit is calculated as follows: Total 10 year Projected Revenues x 20% ÷ (number of weeks from the Service Commencement Date to Original Expiry Date x 6)
6.2 In the Operational Phase, no more than 6 Service Credits can be charged in any one Operational Week.
6.3 Service Credits will be calculated 13 times a year, every 4 weeks, (excluding New Year's Day) ("Measurement Period").
6.4 Service Credits will be dealt with on the basis set out in Schedule 16 (Review Process).

Calculation of Service Credits. Service Credits shall be calculated by first compiling the performance data for each associated Service Level and calculating a [*] Month (the "Performance Result"). Any negative deviation from the target percentage will be calculated and a Service Credit will be calculated in accordance with the following table for each of [*] that the Performance Result is less than the target percentage.
