Call-In Time 16.01 All employees called in, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, shall receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.
Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.
Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.
Call Time Employees recalled to work after leaving the premises of the Company, after completion of their regular shift, will be paid double rate for all hours worked, with a guaranteed minimum payment of two (2) hours at double rate, i.e., four (4) hours at straight time rate.
Call-In A regular part-time or casual employee reporting to work at the call of the Employer for unscheduled work, except those on-call or on a call-back, shall be paid for all hours worked with a minimum of two (2) hours pay at their regular rate if the employee does not commence work, and a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the regular rate if the employee commences work.
