CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING. In case of a cancellation or rebooking of a course, Exasol must be informed in writing. If a course participant is prevented from attending the Training, a substitute person can attend instead. The full registration fee will be charged, even if the participant does not attend the entire course. In case of a cancellation or rebooking by Customer, the following shall apply: - until 21 calendar days before the start of the course, no fees will be charged. - until 14 calendar days before the start of the Training a fee in the amount of 50 % of the total registrations fees will be charged. - less than 14 calendar days before the start of the course, the total amount of the registration fees will be charged. Credit for a course will not be given. Exasol reserves the right to cancel a course under reasonable conditions, if the minimum number of 3 participants for a public Training is not reached or if organizational or technical issues arise. This is in particular the case if the instructor is unable to attend for any reason or in any cases of force majeure. Exasol will inform Customer about any cancellation. If a postponement of the appointment is not possible, Exasol will refund the already paid registration fees. Further claims are excluded, unless they are based on intended or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Exasol or its agents. Exasol can appoint a replacement instructor, modify and enhance the content of the Training and, with timely prior notice, postpone the Training date and change the Training location.
CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING. 3.1 What happens if the Guest wants to cancel? The Guest may cancel the booking verbally or in writing to SkiStar or to the place that took the booking. SkiStar only accepts cancellations made by the Guest. SkiStar is responsible for confirming the Guest’s cancellation in writing. In the event of cancellation or of changes being made to bookings, SkiStar is entitled to levy an administration fee of NOK 95. 3.2 Cancellation of accommodation/travel The Guest may cancel lodging and/or travel, where- upon the following applies: • For lodging and/or travel cancelled 42 days or more prior to Arrival, SkiStar will debit a cancella- tion fee equivalent to the Registration Fee plus an administration fee of NOK 95. • For lodging and/or travel cancelled 41 days or less prior to Arrival, SkiStar will debit a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total price of the lodging and/or travel. • In order to be able to cancel lodging and/or travel during the stay, Cancellation Insurance is required (see more under paragraph 4). In case of late payment, a reminder fee of NOK 60 is payable. In the event that collection measures need to be taken, late payment interest according to the Interest Act and collection fees according to law will also be applied. 3.3 Rebooking of lodging/travel To be able to change lodging and/or travel, Can- cellation Insurance is required (see paragraph 4 for more information). 3.4 Cancellation and rebooking of SkiPass, activi- ties and rental of sports equipment, etc. The Guest can cancel and re-book SkiPass, activities and rental of sports equipment up to the day before the First Day of Validity subject to an administration fee of NOK 95. In the event of cancellation later than the First Day of Validity, Skier- and Activity Insurance is required and a valid medical certificate for a refund. However, for ambassador camps, the rules set out in the previous paragraph apply 3.2–3.3 regarding cancellation/rebooking of lodging/travel. Special provisions regarding SkiPasses can be found further under paragraph 7.3. 3.5 Especially relevant for package deals SkiStar reserves the right to sell lodging including SkiPass and other combinations of Package Tours as part of package deals. When such package deals have been booked, the Guest cannot cancel or rebook individual products in the package. CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING. 12.1 Apollo Europe grants the Renter a contractual right of with- drawal to the extent described below: -Cancellation more than 90 days before the agreed start of the rental period: no cancellation fee. - Cancellation from the 89th to the 50th day before the agreed start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price; minimum € 300. - Cancellation from the 49th to the 15th day before the agreed start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. - Cancellation from the 14th day before the agreed start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price. - In the event of cancellation on the day of the agreed start of the rental period or in the event of non-appear- ance: 95% of the rental price. - The hirer is at liberty to prove that no damage or only a lesser amount of damage has been incurred. 12.2 The date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by Apollo Eu- rope, at least in text form, is decisive for the date of the can- cellation. Non-acceptance/collection is deemed to be a can- cellation. To cover the risk of cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. 12.3 Fees for the use of means of payment (e.g. credit or debit card) are not refundable. 12.4 No refunds are possible for relocation bookings. 12.5 Rebooking requests (change of vehicle type, rental period, pick-up or return station) must be made at least in text form to Apollo Europe. Rebooking’s only become effective when they have been confirmed by Apollo Europe at least in text form. Apollo Europe will consider the rebooking requests as far as possible. Rebooking’s are subject to availability and any changes in prices, fees and rental conditions. 12.6 In the event of rebooking within 14 days of the originally agreed start of the rental period, no refund will be made if the rental amount of the rebooked rental is less than the rental amount of the originally booked rental. 12.7 If the pick-up or drop-off location is changed within 14 days prior to the agreed start of the hire, a transfer fee may apply.

  • Cancellation and Refunds If you cancel your reservation or change your plans, your right to receive a refund is limited, as set forth in the following schedule. All cancellations will become effective as of the date of the postmark or email receipt. All requests for refunds must be sent to Air Journey in writing via mail, fax or email.
