Ceiling tiles to be USG 562 rated, 48” x 24” x 3/4” ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fine Fissured Second Look 12” x 12” x 1/8” standard commercial grade vinyl composite tile in standard colors as selected by tenant. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Standard Excelon Imperial Texture 4” high vinyl straight base for carpet. 4” high vinyl cove base for VCT flooring. Standard colors as selected by tenant Johnsonite Standard. Carpet base is also acceptable. ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Carpet shall be a minimum of commercial grade28 oz. cut pile made of 100% nylon with a ten year warranty. Installation is direct glue. Colors and patterns as selected by tenant from Patcraft PDQ books from Architect or equal. ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Two (2) coats as selected by Tenant (includes prime coat and two coats of Latex, eggshell finish). All wood and metal surfaces will receive a primer coat and two (2) coats of semi-gloss paint.

Ceiling Grid. 1. Landlord shall install a 2' x 2' white commercial grade acoustic metal grid only at a height of 11'-6" above concrete floor. Said grid system shall be installed 45 degrees from Tenant's demising partitions. Any alteration to the grid or the addition of acoustic tile shall be by Tenant at Tenant's expense, and subject to Landlord's approval.
2. No combustible materials will be permitted above the ceiling. The Tenant shall not hang any materials or fixtures from the roof deck, floor deck, joist, truss bridging, or bottom chord of bar joints except at joist panel points. All hanging shall be done from the top chord of joists by means of trapeze-type hangers. Any such "hangers" shall be subject to the prior approval of the Landlord.
3. Tenant shall not hang anything from the ceiling grid system or the storefront system. SEE ATTACHED RIDER FOR INSERTS
Ceiling Grid. Landlord shall provide a 2' X 4' T-bar open grid defining the ceiling plane, which shall meet the requirements of the Landlord's smoke venting system, if required. Tenant shall not alter the degree of openness of the ceiling grid.
