A Change Control System clause establishes a formal process for managing and approving modifications to a project's scope, deliverables, or requirements. Change Control System. The Construction Manager shall establish and implement a change control system. All proposed changes shall first be described in detail in writing by the requesting party. The requesting party shall submit detailed information to the Construction Manager for evaluation concerning the costs and time adjustments, if any, necessary to perform the proposed changed work. The Construction Manager shall discuss the proposed change with the appropriate Subcontractor and endeavor to determine the Subcontractor’s basis for the cost to perform the work and the effect, if any, on the applicable GMP. The Construction Manager shall make a recommendation to the City pursuant to this Article 8 prior to the City’s acceptance of all change requests.

The Job Order Contractor shall make a recommendation to the City pursuant to this Article 12 prior to the City’s acceptance of all change requests.

  • CONTROL SYSTEM (a) SELLER shall provide and maintain a quality control system to an industry recognized Quality Standard and in compliance with any other specific quality requirements identified in this Contract. (b) Records of all quality control inspection work by SELLER shall be kept complete and available to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its customers.

  • Change Control All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 14 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 15 must have a documented change control procedure that ensures separation of duties and protects the 16 confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”). (ii) The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority’s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following: (a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation; (b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications for Road and Bridge Works issued by MORTH, relevant IRC specifications and Good Industry Practice; and (c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its approval to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2. (iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. (iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Change Control Procedures (a) No changes or additions may be made to any Work Order without the written agreement of LAUSD as evidenced by a duly executed Change Order. (b) Contractor will not take an action or make a decision which may have a material effect on LAUSD or which adversely affects the function or performance of, or decreases the resource efficiency of, the Services, including implementing changes in technology or equipment and software configuration, without first obtaining LAUSD’s written approval, which approval LAUSD may withhold in its sole discretion as respects any change which may have an adverse effect on LAUSD or the Services.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting; Exchange Controls Participant’s country may have certain foreign asset and/or account reporting requirements and/or exchange controls which may affect Participant’s ability to acquire or hold shares of Stock under the Plan or cash received from participating in the Plan (including from any dividends received or sale proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Stock) in a brokerage or bank account outside Participant’s country. Participant may be required to report such accounts, assets or transactions to the tax or other authorities in his or her country. Participant also may be required to repatriate sale proceeds or other funds received as a result of Participant’s participation in the Plan to his or her country through a designated bank or broker and/or within a certain time after receipt. Participant acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to be compliant with such regulations, and Participant should consult his or her personal legal advisor for any details.
