The Change in Activities clause defines the conditions under which a party may alter the nature, scope, or type of its business operations during the term of an agreement. Change in Activities. If, after receiving approval for a Sabbatical or FIL, there is a significant change in the activities undertaken by the faculty member (e.g., changes in project site, topic, or mentor), the faculty member must submit a revised application to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within fifteen (15) days of any such change. Similarly, the University may require the faculty member to submit a revised application within fifteen (15) days of receipt of notice from the University if there is a significant change in the activities undertaken by the faculty member. The revised application will be forwarded by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Sabbatical/FIL Committee that originally reviewed the application. The Sabbatical/FIL Committee shall make a recommendation to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to either continue the leave based on the revised application or to terminate the leave at the end of the academic term in which the revised application is received by the Committee. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly notify the faculty member of their decision.

  • Material Change in Business Seller shall not make any material change in the nature of its business as carried on at the date hereof.
