CHANGE OF CONTRACTORS. Whenever an Individual Employer has taken over a job that has been only partially completed by another Contractor, he/she shall notify the Union in writing as soon as he/she becomes aware of that situation. The Union shall arrange for the re-dispatch of the employees working on the jobsite to the Individual Employer who has taken over the job.
CHANGE OF CONTRACTORS. Should this contract necessitate a change in Contractors, both Contractors shall work to a systematic change. The newly awarded Contractor shall assume the responsibility to supply all items under this contract only after receiving confirmation from the City that they have provided all bonding and notice of inventory. Excess inventory shall be the responsibility of the prior Contractor.
CHANGE OF CONTRACTORS. Whenever an Individual Employer has taken over a job that has been only partially completed by another Contractor, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing as soon as the Employer becomes aware of that situation. If the first Contractor owes money on that job to employees or the Trust Funds, and the Individual Employer and the Union are unable to reach agreement upon a method for payment of amounts due, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to withhold employees from working on said job, or to withdraw employees who are already working thereon, until all such moneys have been paid.

  • HIRING CONTRACTORS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to contract, hire, supervise and/or discharge firms and persons, including utilities, required for the operation and maintenance of the Property.   • No Contract Terminations Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has sent or received any communication regarding termination of, or intent not to renew, any of the contracts or agreements referred to or described in any preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus or any free writing prospectus, or referred to or described in, or filed as an exhibit to, the Registration Statement, and no such termination or non-renewal has been threatened by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or, to the Company’s knowledge, any other party to any such contract or agreement, which threat of termination or non-renewal has not been rescinded as of the date hereof.
