Change Order Increasing the Contract Price. If VPRA approves a proposed Betterment, it will be added to the scope of the Work through a Change Order for a VPRA-Directed Change that adjusts the scope of Work and Contract Price. The amount of any Change Order issued will be a direct pass-through of the lump sum price negotiated by Design-Builder and the Utility Owner (with no additional mark-ups) or, if no such price has been negotiated, an amount determined in accordance with Exhibit K. Design-Builder may not request or accept any payment directly from the Utility Owner for any Betterment added to the Work.

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell. B.   • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).
