Change Policy. The Client(s) acknowledge that if the RCIC is asked to act on the Client(s) behalf on matters other than those outlined above in this Agreement, or because of a material change in the Client(s) circumstances, or because of material facts not disclosed at the outset of the application, or because of a change in government legislation regarding the processing of immigration-related applications, the Agreement can be modified accordingly upon mutual agreement.
Change Policy. Owner reserves the right to deny any requested reservation change for any reason. Individual nights on a reservation may not be canceled separately by requesting a reservation change. The reservation is for the full time period reserved without modification.
Change Policy. If you must cancel for any reason before June 1, 2024 your registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee per week. Cancellations after June 1, 2024 will be refunded half of your registration. Camp changes may only happen if there is room in the camp your child(ren) wishes to change to. ● Early Bird Discount - Register and pay in full by March 31st to receive a 20% savings on camp. This savings does not apply to before and after care, swim lessons or camp lunches and cannot be combined with any other promotional discount ● Please note, discounts cannot be combined. This includes but is not limited to any promotional discounts received at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Events or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sponsored Activities. ● All camp paperwork must be completed and turned in with payment to receive a discount. ● Before and After Care – Before Care and After Care are an additional fee of $20 PER DAY or $75 PER WEEK per camper. Pricing is for both before and after care combined and cannot be prorated for partial care on any given day or week. Before Care begins at 7:30am and runs until camp begins at 9:00am daily. Aftercare begins at 4pm and runs until 6pm daily. By registering my child(ren) for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Summer Camps I am in agreement that I have read and understand ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs payment policy. I acknowledge that all payments in full, or on a payment plan, must be made on or before the first of the month of the camp that my child will attend. I understand that my child is not fully registered for the camp program until payment is made in full and all required paperwork is completed.
Change Policy. 11.1 All changes to approved documents will be managed via PYRAMID’S change control or planned deviation processes.
11.2 All proposed changes go through a technical, regulatory, and cGMP impact assessment by the PYRAMID expert groups per PYRAMID change control procedure. The scope of this change process potentially impacting the Product (for Phase III, registration, or commercial purposes) includes but is not limited to Raw Materials, Process Consumables, Components, packaging materials, labeling, Production process, XERIS specific validated equipment, Facilities, utilities or computer systems, Product Specifications, and Test Methods.
11.3 The Product-specific controlled documents for Phase III, registration, or commercial purposes such as Batch Records, Product Specifications, and Product related Standard Operating Procedures or changes that may affect Xeris’ regulatory submissions will also go through Xeris’ review for regulatory impact, implementation requirements, and Xeris’ approval. 11.4 The Parties will assess changes within [***] and those changes marked urgent the Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to assess within [***].
11.5 Each Party agrees to notify the other of changes in key project personnel to ensure the effectiveness of arrangements and assure the quality of the Product.
11.6 XERIS will notify PYRAMID in writing who is authorized to make and approve changes on their behalf.

11.2 In the event of a joint retainer agreement, pursuant to Article 13 of the Code of Professional Ethics, the Client(s) understand that no information received in connection with the matter from one Client can be treated as confidential so far as any of the other Clients are concerned (Article 13.1.1) and that if a conflict develops that cannot be resolved, the RCIC cannot continue to act for both or all of the Clients and may have to withdraw completely (Article 13.1.2).
