Residents are responsible to update their mailing information while moving out. College Housing staff will conduct end-of-contract room condition inventory reports. College Housing reserves the right to charge residents for any damages to the room that were not properly reported during the contract period, that were not general wear and tear, or that were not reported in the resident’s Room Condition Inventory Report at the beginning of the contract period.
