Child Eligibility. COALITION has ultimate responsibility for determining the eligibility of children enrolling in the VPK Program. COALITION will issue a child eligibility certificate (OEL-VPK 02 Eligibility Certificate), as described in Rule 6M-8.202, F.A.C., to the parent of each eligible child who registers in the VPK Program. Alternatively, if a provider enrolls children by meeting the specified requirements adopted under the authority of s. 1002.75(2)(a), F.S., the COALITION will monitor eligibility documentation.
Child Eligibility. The process of determining eligibility and managing child care placement services to allow eligible families and children to receive the determined level of child care services. The ELC or contracted subrecipient determines eligibility for the SR and VPK Programs and manages the families’ and children’s program participation.
Child Eligibility. Reimbursement may be claimed for At-Risk After School Meals and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ served to school age children through the age of 18 in eligible after school care programs. Reimbursement may also be claimed for those children who turn age 19 during the school year. The At-Risk After School Meals and Snacks may be claimed only for those children for whom attendance is documented. A sign-in sheet or attendance roster may be used to document attendance.

Child Eligibility. Children enrolled in the program must be 4 years of age prior to September 30 of the corresponding school year. Children enrolled in the program and supported by PDG funds must have family income at or below 200% of the National Poverty guideline. Each child presented for enrollment will have equal access to the same extent as other children. 8% of funded seats must be filled with children who have an Individualized Education Plan.
Child Eligibility. All three and four year old children who are residents of the City of Meriden are eligible to apply for the School Readiness program. Funding shall be determined based on annual income guidelines for computing family share established by the Bureau of Early Childhood Education and Department of Social Services. The income guidelines used for the School Readiness program are the State Median Income (SMI) levels, which are published annually in the Federal Register. For September, October, November and December enrollment only, a child who will be three (3), on or before January 1, may be enrolled as a three year old. At any other time of the year a three year old must have had his or her third (3rd) birthday to be considered a three (3) year old.
Child Eligibility. Children must be at least three years old, but not older than five years of age, as determined by the date used to determine kindergarten eligibility. Age-eligible children may participate in the Preschool Promise Program for up to two years. Children must be members of families whose incomes, at the time of enrollment, are at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/poverty-guidelines) or a child in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care system as determined by DELC. Children participating in the Preschool Promise Program must be Oregon residents. Children who are in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care at the time of enrollment are deemed categorically eligible for PSP regardless of the income level of the family or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ parents. Grantee must participate in the regional Early Learning Hub coordinated enrollment process which includes but is not limited to: orientations or other trainings related to the process, outreach to and recruitment of potential Preschool Promise children and families, eligibility determinations, and selection and placement of children into ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Preschool Promise Program. These processes will focus on outreach and selection of families who are at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. Grantee shall only enroll families selected through the local Coordinated Enrollment Process administered by Early Learning Hubs. Grantee is responsible for ensuring that a child has been determined eligible via the Coordinated Enrollment process prior to enrolling the child in PSP services or spending PSP dollars on the child. Grantees are responsible for the enrollment of children selected and placed in their Preschool Promise Program by the Early Learning Hub. Grantees must contact a family within 10 business days of receiving family contact information from the Early Learning Hub. Grantee is required to connect with Early Learning Hub staff if contact with family is not successful to fill the slot with another eligible child. Grantee is required to notify Early Learning Hub of any changes in services such as emergency closures, before and after care and other scheduled changes. Grantee is required to notify Early Learning Hub of any openings in the Preschool Promise Program within three (3) business days. Grantee is required to coordinate with the Early Learning Hub to fill an opening as soon as possible.
Child Eligibility. ELCFH Family Services determines child eligibility for the VPK Program. The child certificate of eligibility (Form DEL-VPK 02), or certificate for reenrollment (Form OEL-VPK 04) for each eligible child is issued to the parent through the Family Portal.
