The Client Environment clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the physical or digital setting provided by the client for the performance of services. It typically outlines what facilities, equipment, access, or resources the client must make available to the service provider, such as office space, IT infrastructure, or necessary data. This clause ensures that the service provider has the necessary environment to fulfill their obligations efficiently, thereby minimizing delays and clarifying expectations regarding support from the client.
Client Environment. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor is responsible for the management of physical workstations dedicated to the application, ensuring these workstations are configured, maintained, and updated to optimize performance and security of the Solution. Contractor must: a. Configure all physical workstations according to the specified requirements for optimal performance of the Solution, including hardware configurations, operating system settings, and any necessary software installations. b. Manage and apply all necessary security patches and updates to the operating systems and any installed software on the workstations to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with the latest security standards. Implement automated systems for Software Updates and patch management across all remote workstations to maintain consistency and security across the network. c. Regularly monitor workstation performance to identify and address any issues that could impact the user experience or the effective use of the Solution. Utilize Software solutions for continuous monitoring of System performance and health, including tools that can predict potential issues before they occur, allowing for preemptive action to avoid downtime. d. Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of all workstations installed and maintained at multiple County locations. The inventory listing must, at minimum, include: i. Workstation ID, ii. Workstation type (e.g., Tenprint, Latent, Full), iii. Workstation serial number,
Client Environment. Except as set forth in a Client Order, Client is solely responsible for procuring, implementing, and maintaining all Client Supplied Products. “Client Supplied Products” means equipment, software, services (including Internet access and other telecommunication services), technology, data, facilities, and systems used in connection with Client’s use of any Software. Unless otherwise provided in a Client Order, Client is responsible for all system administration tasks including: monitoring capacity and performance, installing updates, managing user ids, mailboxes, and software patches, and Microsoft Exchange™ administration. Client shall provide accurate and complete information about Client’s computer system infrastructure and environment and transaction and user volumes. Client shall promptly notify Altera of any material changes in this information and acknowledges that the fees are based on Client’s initial disclosed information and metrics set forth in the Client Order.
Client Environment. The computers, including all workstations, equipment, devices and peripherals together with all associated Operating Software and Application Software connected to the Production Environment for accessing and using the Solution, including all associated System Hardware and System Software.
Client Environment. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor must continually ensure System Software compatibility with User workstation browser capabilities by version number (e.g., Chrome, Edge), and security patches.
Client Environment. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor shall, during the term of the Agreement, maintain the Solution’s compatibility with County’s Client Environment by providing, among others, Software Updates to the Solution Software and Hardware Upgrades to the Solution Hardware. Unless agreed to otherwise in advance by County and Contractor, Contractor shall provide all Maintenance Services, including installation of Updates, during Scheduled Downtime. For the purpose of this Exhibit D, Scheduled Downtime shall occur on Sundays between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Contractor may change the Scheduled Downtime window by notifying County at least three (3) days prior to modifying the Scheduled Downtime, subject to approval by County’s Project Manager. Any Downtime outside of the above window of time without such prior notice and County’s Project Manager’s approval shall be considered Unscheduled Downtime and shall entitle County to remedies as specified in this Exhibit D. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor may request Solution Downtime for the provision of an emergency correction to the Solution. Such Downtime shall be deemed Scheduled Downtime, provided that it has been approved by County’s Project Manager.
Client Environment. Client shall obtain and maintain, at its own expense, the appropriate Internet connectivity ("Equipment") required for Client to access and use the Web Application. Humanscale shall not be responsible for any problem, error or malfunction relating to the Web Application resulting from the performance or failure of Equipment, thefailure or disruption of any telecommunications service, Internet connection, Internet service provider, or any other third-party communications provider, or any other failure or problem not attributable to Humanscale or its Representatives ("Technical Problems").
Client Environment is a limited access environment on the Webpage where the Loan Recipients can register themselves as users, identify themselves, submit loan and other applications and perform other operations (if applicable).
Client Environment. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor shall maintain the Solution’s compatibility with the Client Environment recommended and approved by Contractor by providing, among others, Updates to the Solution Software and upgrading the Server Hardware during the term of the Agreement and following any update and/or upgrade by County of such Client Environment.

  • Work Environment It is mutually agreed that the prevention of accidents and injuries to state employees will result in greater efficiency of operations of state government. Toward this end, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions and the Union shall fully cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their assigned tasks in a safe manner.

  • Working Environment The parties agree that a safe and clean working environment is essential in order to carry out work assignments in a satisfactory manner. The Employer commits to investigate the use of environmentally friendly products. It will be the Employer's responsibility to ensure that all working areas and employer-owned vehicles are maintained in a safe and clean condition.

  • NON-SEXIST ENVIRONMENT 1. A non-sexist environment is defined as that in which there is no discrimination against females or males by portraying them in gender stereotyped roles or by omitting their contributions. 2. The employer does not condone and will not tolerate any written or verbal expression of sexism. In September of each school year the employer and the local shall jointly notify administrative officers and staff, in writing, of their commitment to a non-sexist environment. 3. The employer and the local shall promote a non-sexist environment through the development, integration, and implementation of non-sexist educational programs, activities, and learning resources for both staff and students.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.
