The Client Tracking clause establishes procedures for monitoring and recording the activities, progress, or status of a client within a particular service or project. Typically, this involves maintaining logs, reports, or databases that document client interactions, deliverables, or milestones achieved during the engagement. By formalizing how client information is tracked, the clause ensures accountability, facilitates communication, and helps prevent misunderstandings regarding the client's status or the services provided.
Client Tracking. Contractor and partners shall utilize the Customer Information Services Reporting System (“CISRS”) until deployment of the new statewide California Workforce Services Network (“CWSN”). Entry of individual participant data such as eligibility determination, demographics, activities, case notes, and outcomes data is required. Timely data collection is required and must be entered within three (3) days after the date of any individual activity. SDWP will conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate Contractor’s use of the CISRS or CWSN, as the case may be. Failure to comply with required use of the CISRS and CWSN may result in corrective action and may result in the termination of this One-Stop Contract. SDWP will provide Contractor with technical assistance on CISRS and CWSN.
Client Tracking. All participants shall be tracked and monitored in key areas identified by CONTRACTOR, and any additional areas as required by COUNTY. These areas shall be reported in quarterly and annual reports as required by COUNTY and the State.
Client Tracking. You agree that, in order for you to receive the affiliate commissions, potential Clients for whom BDSwiss has approved to open an account(s), for which you actively mediated for the conclusion of an agreement between BDSwiss and the prospective Client(s), the Client must be linked to your Tracker ID or must use other codes approved by us, so that their activities can be tracked. Under no circumstances are we responsible if you do not use any Tracker or if the potential Client(s) do not use the system properly. By way of derogation from the rule stipulated here, we can, at our sole discretion, change the tracking system as well as the reporting format at any time.

Timely data entry is required and must be entered within five (5) days after the date of any individual activity. SDWP will conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate Contractor’s use of the data system. Failure to comply with the required use will result in corrective action and may result in the contract being terminated. SDWP will provide Contractor with technical assistance on the data system.
Client Tracking. Contractor and partners shall utilize the statewide CalJOBSSM. Entry of individual participant data such as eligibility determination, demographics, activities, case notes, and outcomes data is required. Timely data collection is required and must be entered within three (3) days after the date of any individual activity. SDWP will conduct ongoing monitoring to evaluate Contractor’s use of the CalJOBSSM, as the case may be. Failure to comply with required use of the CalJOBSSM may result in corrective action and may result in the termination of this WIOA Youth Contract. SDWP will provide Contractor with technical assistance on CalJOBSSM.

The Employer and the Union agree that training for managers, supervisors and union stewards responsible for the day-to-day administration of this Agreement is important.
