Coalition. The local (Brevard) Early Learning Coalition created pursuant to Chapter 1002, Florida Statutes, and responsible for of early learning services in the subrecipient’s Service Delivery Area.
Coalition. A group of members that provide ongoing, direct service/value to individuals with ASD and work together to deliver the service in the region. This structure recognizes that not all the critical players are at the Partnership table. There are countless committees and groups outside the Partnership that make decisions that also affect people with ASD in York Region. The Partnership recognizes the need to work more effectively with this larger business “ecosystem”1 that extends beyond York Region and ASD, and it isn’t practical for every organization to be a member of the Partnership.

Coalition. 9 In recognition of the serious shortage of Registered Nurses that exists currently and the 10 expectation that it will continue to be a barrier to recruitment and retention of nurses for 11 the foreseeable future, actions must be taken to recognize and maintain the experienced 12 nurses supporting state government and the services provided within the Department of 13 Veterans Affairs. Additionally, measures need to be taken to enhance recruiting and 14 retention efforts to attract nurses and fill those vacant positions. 15 The parties agree to the following:
Coalition. Build and maintain a broad-based community coalition of individuals and organizational members to address childhood injury prevention that will meet regularly. Ensure program activities are being planned and implemented to address the most prevalent unintentional childhood injuries in the Coalition Catchment Area. Plans should include preventative activities that cover all children, including groups that have been historically marginalized and underserved. This Coalition will be called Safe Kids Sauk County (the “Coalition”) and assigned Coalition ID 56099.
Coalition. The Coalition shall be responsible for maintaining, at its sole cost and expense, general liability insurance, and professional liability insurance in the following minimum amounts: $1,000,000 in the aggregate. Coalition shall also, at its sole cost and expense, purchase and maintain during the entire term of this Agreement cyber liability insurance, which shall include, at a minimum, coverage for security breaches, replacement and restoration of Data affected by a cyber incident, and coverage for regulatory enforcement, in such amounts as Coalition determines are commensurate with the size and scope of its business and operations. Proof of insurance required under this paragraph shall be provided to Participant upon request. In no event, however, will the foregoing establishment of minimum insurance coverage be construed to imply any assumption by Participant of liability or responsibility for any claim in excess of such amounts nor for any claim against Coalition in the event of its failure to maintain such insurance or the denial of coverage of such claim under any such insurance.

It has been agreed that the country is to be governed with openness, and the Coalition will introduce new guidelines for more open employment procedures for the highest positions in the country's administration. The country must be governed with respect for the people's co-determination, also in a global perspective, and co-participation must be ensured, in order to achieve more equitable interaction in society. To this end, the Coalition has agreed to establish a joint coordinating unit to ensure that the Coalition's political objectives can be achieved. The Coalition Parties have agreed to re-assess the procedure for elections to Inatsisartut with respect for democracy, thereby working to ensure more equitable parliamentary representation. The Coalition Parties' most important pledge to each other, and for society, is to work wholeheartedly for the people of Greenland.

The Coalition Parties have agreed to re-assess the procedure for elections to Inatsisartut with respect for democracy, thereby working to ensure more equitable parliamentary representa- tion. The Coalition Parties' most important pledge to each other, and for society, is to work whole- heartedly for the People of Greenland.
