Colocation Services Clause Samples
The Colocation Services clause defines the terms under which one party provides physical space, power, and connectivity for another party's equipment within a data center or similar facility. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities for maintaining the environment, access protocols, and any limitations on the use of the space, such as security requirements or restrictions on equipment types. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand their obligations and rights regarding the use of the colocation facility, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying operational expectations.
