Community Input. Contractor will continue to obtain and incorporate community input for FURS program design and continuous improvement efforts including: 1. Conducting virtual listening sessions and online surveys of caregivers, and current and former ▇▇▇▇▇▇ youth, particularly those youth that are disproportionately impacted or have specialized needs, such as LGBTQ+ youth, older/transitional age youth (TAY), youth impacted by commercial sexual exploitation, indigenous youth, and youth who have experienced homelessness and housing instability residing in Sonoma and Marin Counties regarding their concerns, needs, and preferences for services. 2. Contractor will provide updates on community input related to program design via monthly reporting and at quarterly coordination meetings and/or in writing as agreed upon between Counties and Contractor.

Community Input. The recognized recreation council, or appropriate community planning committee, having jurisdiction over a proposed joint use site shall solicit community input as to the proposed site selection and uses for new sites, as well as sites being considered for renewal and modifications to sites that impact its intended use. The community planning committee will be notified whenever a joint use project is to be considered by the recreation council so that they may give input; and

Within six months of the Effective Date, the City, in consultation with the Police Independent Auditor and the United States, shall develop and implement a community input program to keep the community informed about the progress of its reforms as outlined herein and to hear ongoing community questions and concerns regarding the implementation of this consent decree. The community input plan is compliant with the Settlement Agreement and is used by MPD and the City on an ongoing basis. The City remains in substantial compliance with this Settlement Agreement provision. B. The community input program shall require at least one open community meeting every six months for the duration of this Agreement. A representative for the City shall be required to attend the open meeting so long as this Agreement is in place. A representative for the United States will also attend. The open meetings shall inform the public about the requirements of this Agreement, the City’s progress in each substantive area of the Agreement, and address community concerns related to the implementation of this agreement. The meetings shall be held in a location that is accessible to the public. At least one week before the open meetings, the City shall widely publicize the meetings using print media, radio, and the internet.

Community Input. DOSO will coordinate with Owner on any press release, media relations, and community outreach efforts related to the Project.

Community Input. Both States acknowledge the importance of community input to the Project through its various stages and steps will be taken to ensure that such consultation is incorporated.

Community Input. Agency and the Redeveloper have coordinated on outreach efforts regarding the Project and its design. It is expected that if Redeveloper changes the design of the Project in a material way from that presented to the City of Portland Design Review Committee, ,and the Pearl District Neighborhood Association, Redeveloper will present the revised Project design to the foregoing groups for their input and advice. The City shall make any written summary of policy changes or other significant actions taken as a result of this Agreement publicly available on a public website they create or maintain.

Community Input. Community engagement was conducted during the 2022 Vision and Design Guidelines therefore this will not be needed. However, in-person stakeholder group meetings and community presentations will be conducted to ensure ongoing input and feedback throughout the process.
