Compensation of Superintendent. The School District shall pay to the District Superintendent, in accordance with the School District's salary payment practices in effect at the time and subject to applicable withholding requirements, an annual salary of One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand ($198,000.00) Dollars effective July 1, 2020. Effective July 1, 2021 and July 1st of each subsequent year of this Agreement, the annual salary of the District Superintendent shall for the second Contract Year through the fifth Contract Year increase by two (2%) percent per annum over the immediately preceding Contract Year. The annual salary set forth herein shall be the minimum annual salary of the District Superintendent, and the District Superintendent shall receive such additional annual salary, if any, to be determined by the School Board in consultation with and based upon the performance of the District Superintendent.

  • COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER The Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser a fee with respect to each of the Portfolio(s) as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) based on the net assets thereof on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above.   • COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR A. The Contractor shall be paid in the manner set forth in Exhibit B. The superintendent shall represent the Contractor and all communications given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor. All Communications shall be in writing when made or shall be confirmed in writing, by the Contractor, within twenty-four (24) hours of the communication.
