Common use of Compensatory Time Off Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time Off. i) Regular and non-regular type 2 faculty members may choose, prior to starting an overload, whether to accept financial compensation or compensatory time off as payment for the overload. ii) Compensatory time off must be taken no later than 5 years from when the overload was completed. The scheduling of the time off would be by mutual agreement between the ▇▇▇▇ and the faculty member. If the faculty member and the ▇▇▇▇ are unable to reach agreement on the scheduling, the ▇▇▇▇ will schedule the time off.
