Common use of Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time. Employees will be allowed to use their compensatory time off, in minimum increments of one half (0.5) hour, provided they make a request a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance and it does not infringe on the operational needs of the Employer.

Compensatory Time. Employees will shall be allowed entitled to use their accrue compensatory time off, in minimum increments off up to a maximum of one half (0.5) hour, provided they make a request a minimum of twentyhundred forty-four (24144) hours, but may take no more than seventy-two (72) hours of compensatory time off in advance and it does not infringe on any one (1) month. Compensatory time will be requested by an employee in accordance to the operational needs of the EmployerCompensatory Time Off GOB.

Compensatory Time. Employees will be allowed to use their Accrued compensatory time offif authorized by the Employer shall be taken at a time convenient to the employee, if not detrimental to the Employer; provided however, compensatory time in minimum increments excess of one half forty (0.540) hour, provided they make a request hours shall be taken at the time assigned by the Employer. The Employer shall give the employee a minimum of twenty-four one (241) hours in advance day notice of assigned time off. If the employee and it does not infringe on Employer agree, the operational needs one (1) day notice of the Employerassigned time off may be waived.
