Compensatory Time. 23 Compensatory time may be accrued by agreement between the 24 County and the employee with the following limitations. Specifically, in lieu of overtime pay, 25 an employee may with supervisory approval elect to accrue compensatory time off equal to 26 the applicable overtime rate for each hour of overtime worked, provided: 27 a.
