Completion Criteria. This task will be completed upon uploading into the new J-CORR databases the converted data records from the Department’s existing Extradition system, as outlined in the Data Conversion and External Conversion sections of the Contractor provided project plan and County has accepted the data conversion as complete and ready for final data conversion. Convert all WFP/EMP Payments data for use to the format required for use with the J-CORR database.

Completion Criteria. 31G will have fulfilled its obligations when one of the following first occurs: 1. 31G expends the value of the estimated charges set forth in the “Charges” section of this Agreement, or in any subsequent change authorisation; or 2. expiration of the Service Period as described above; or 3. Customer or 31G terminates the project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Completion Criteria. This project will be considered complete when the final version of the vnp2 prototype software has been installed and tested at the SAUDI ARAMCO facility and SAUDI ARAMCO has completed its evaluation. Lack of feedback by SAUDI ARAMCO for 30 days or more after the delivery of any Phase 3 deliverable will be deemed acceptance of that deliverable.
