Computer Equipment and Software. You will need computer hardware and software sufficient to enable you to access the Internet. You will need to have an Internet service provider and updated browser that is SSL compliant (128 bit encryption) which includes a majority of the available Internet browsers. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of the computer and browser software. The risk of error, failure, or non-performance is your risk and includes the risk that you do not operate the computer and software properly. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, whether caused by your equipment or software, the services, or any technical or editorial errors contained in or omissions from any user guide related to the services. We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the installation, use, or maintenance of your equipment, software, or the services, except where the law requires a different standard. The credit union strives to provide complete, accurate, and timely account information through the Service. However, unless otherwise required by Law, we will not be liable to you if any such information is unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. With respect to electronic funds transfer problems, such as unauthorized transfers or the credit union’s failure to properly complete authorized transfers, the extent of our liability is described in this Agreement. We may, from time to time, introduce new services or enhance the existing services. We will notify you when these new or enhanced services are available. By using these services when they become available, you agree that they will be governed by these Terms, Conditions, and Disclosures, as well as any additional terms, conditions, and disclosures we provide to you. To use Internet Banking you must have an account with the credit union that is in good standing. To use the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service you must have an active share draft account. You can activate any of these services through the credit union’s website. You will establish “Log In” credentials on the credit union’s website. We are committed to the security of our members’ accounts and account information. However, you must also take every precaution to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of your accounts and transactions provided on the Service. Computer Equipment and Software. TO ACCESS THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICES ACCESS TO ACCOUNT DATA
Computer Equipment and Software. You understand that to use Bank Online Services you need a computer or mobile device with access to the Internet. You must first obtain access to the Internet with compatible hardware, software and web browser. Bank requires you to use a web browser that supports adequate security measures including SSL encryption technology or additional security measures as Bank may require, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10 and above, or the most current version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Bank also requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or newer to access pdf documents. Obtaining and maintaining adequate Internet access is your responsibility, and you are solely responsible for all Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) fees and costs. You understand that the Bank is not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with your use of the Internet in general or your use of IBC Bank Online services via the Internet.
Computer Equipment and Software. Many Services require the use of computer hardware and software or other Equipment. Customer is responsible for maintaining its computer and Equipment (including those provided by or through Bank for use with Services) in good working order. Customer shall ensure that computers and other Equipment have the necessary compatibility and format to interface with Bank’s systems, including, without limitation, the ability to support the Bank's Security Protocol. Customer agrees to install upgrades including software patches and other system enhancements within ten (10) Business Days of being requested to do so by Bank. License agreements for necessary software shall either be embedded in the software or separately documented in the Service Documentation. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable software license agreements. Customer has no rights or ownership in any software provided by or through Bank and shall not transfer, copy, alter, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, or convey in any manner, in whole or in part, any such software. Customer shall return all software and User Guides associated with any software upon request. BANK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY BANK.
Computer Equipment and Software. You are solely responsible for the maintenance, installations and operation of your computer and for the software used in accessing the Service. Bank shall not be responsible for any errors, deletions, or failures that occur as a result of any malfunction of your computer or software, nor will Bank be responsible for any computer virus that affects your computer or the software while using the service.
Computer Equipment and Software. You will need to have a personal computer or mobile device (in this Agreement, your computer and the related equipment are referred to together as your “Computer”), an Internet Service Provider and a web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Firefox 3.0 or higher) to access the Services. The Business agrees to comply with all applicable software license agreements, whether or not such agreements have been executed by the Business. Some Services are provided through access to a third-party network or by third-party providers. Such Services are dependent upon the availability of the third-party network and/or providers on conditions acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union does not warrant and shall not be responsible for Services received by the Business from any third-party network or provider. The Credit Union reserves the right to discontinue any Service or provide any Service through an alternative third-party network and/or provider and the Business agrees that the Credit Union shall not be liable should such network or party become unavailable. You are solely responsible for the purchase, hook-up, installation, loading, operation, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and internet access to your personal computer or any other device through which you access Digital Banking, including mobile devices. You agree to use, maintain, and run anti- virus, firewall, browser, anti-spyware, and security software on your device that is updated regularly. You also agree to routinely install all new hardware and software patches, or use the automatic update feature when available on your computer and all of your software, including your operating system and application software. The Credit Union makes no representations or warranties regarding your computer or other access device, software, or the means with which you access Digital Banking. The Credit Union is not responsible for any computer virus, Trojan horse, or related problems that may arise in connection with your use of the internet, compromising your Digital Banking Username, Password, or use of Digital Banking.
Computer Equipment and Software. You are solely responsible for the maintenance, installations, and operation of your computer and for the software used in accessing Citizens e-Branch Banking service. The Bank shall not be responsible for any errors, deletions, or failures that occur as a result of any malfunction of your computer or software, nor will the Bank be responsible for any computer virus that affects your computer or the software while using Citizens e-Branch Banking. Additionally, you must have an Internet Service Provider and a Browser to utilize our e-Branch Banking service through the Internet. It will be your responsibility to establish Internet service through a provider. Any costs or fees from your Internet provider are solely your responsibility.
Computer Equipment and Software. 1.33.1 Each Target Company has the right and authority to use the Information Technology. Together with the benefit of the Information Technology services to be provided under the Transition Services Agreement for the duration of the term thereof, the Target Companies will continue to enjoy the use of the Information Technology used in the Target Companies’ Businesses as at the Execution Date and the Closing Date. 1.33.2 The Information Technology used by the Target Companies in the conduct of the Target Companies’ Businesses are free from Encumbrances, and are fit and sufficient for the purposes for which they are being used. 1.33.3 All agreements in connection with the Information Technology used by the Target Companies are in place and to the Seller’s Knowledge have been complied with in all material respects. Such agreements are sufficient for the computer systemsrequired use and do not materially restrict the current conduct of the Target Companies’ Businesses.
Computer Equipment and Software. 5.4.1 The Company has in force maintenance contracts for all items of computer hardware (including operating systems) and software support contracts for all items of software which it uses and there is no reason to believe that these maintenance and support contracts will not be renewed by the other contracting party upon their expiry (if so required by the Company) upon substantially similar terms to those now applicable. 5.4.2 The Company did not suffer any failures or breakdowns of or bugs in the computer hardware or software which it now uses during the year preceding the date of this agreement which had a material effect on the business of the Company. 5.4.3 The Company has operated and used all items of computer hardware used by it in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations including (without limitation) any recommendations as to environmental conditions and power supply.
