The Computer Room clause defines the requirements and standards for any dedicated space within a facility that houses computer servers, networking equipment, or other critical IT infrastructure. Typically, this clause outlines specifications for environmental controls such as temperature and humidity, security measures like restricted access, and provisions for power supply and fire suppression systems. Its core practical function is to ensure that the computer room is maintained in a manner that protects sensitive equipment from damage, minimizes downtime, and supports the reliable operation of essential technology systems.
Computer Room. As part of Lessor’s Improvements, Lessor shall provide access to and electricity and air conditioning for a +800 square foot computer room by no later than October 23, 1999. Additional improvements to the computer room to be provided by Lessor by such date are outlined on Exhibit “H”. The location of the computer room which will be shown in the Space Plan to be provided by Lessee pursuant to Paragraph 37(b). In the event the computer room is not available as described above by October 23, 1999, Lessee shall receive a rent abatement of one and one-half days of free rent for each day of delay for the entire Premises. This rent abatement shall be in addition to the rent abatement described in Paragraph 36(e) and the fifteen (15) days of free rent described in the rent schedule in the Witnesseth Paragraph of Page 1 of this Lease. In the event the computer room is not available as described above by November 23, 1999, this penalty will not be added to the penalty described in Paragraph 36(e) after November 23, 1999, although any penalty incurred prior to November 23, 1999 pursuant to this Paragraph 36(h) shall still apply.
Computer Room. Work location within juvenile hall where information is entered into the computer.
Computer Room. A. Daily 1) Empty all waste receptacles. 2) Empty and wipe all ashtrays. 3) Vacuum clean carpet. 4) Dust all desks, chairs and ledges.
Computer Room. Provide raised flooring; b) Provide supplemental HVAC (24 hours per day/7 days per week); c) Provide separate electrical panel to service the Computer Room. The actual additional power to be supplied is subject to review by Landlord's electrical engineer and is subject to building availability, as determined solely by Landlord. d) Room to be lockable with card key access by Tenant; e) Specialized fire protection to be defined by Tenant, and is subject to Landlord's approval.
Computer Room. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant is currently occupying a computer room in the Building that does not lie within the Leased Premises (the “Computer Room”). Subject to the provisions and requirements of Article 8 of the Sublease, Tenant agrees that it shall, within sixty (60) days, relocate the Computer Room to a location within the Leased Premises. Landlord agrees to contribute up to $40,000 toward Tenant’s actual, out of pocket costs in connection with such relocation.
Computer Room. Landlord covenants and agrees with Tenant that Landlord shall not permit any third floor tenant of the Building to install any plumbing or other facilities or equipment, on said third floor in the horizontal plane extending above the Tenant's computer room identified on Exhibit A attached hereto, which might create an electromagnetic field above said computer room.
Computer Room. In addition to the Construction Allowance, Landlord shall pay to Tenant the reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Tenant to complete and install the following improvements to a computer room (the "Computer Room") not to exceed 1,000 square feet in rentable area to be located upon the Premises (collectively, the "Landlord Improvements"): (i) a 200 amp electrical service from the Building's electrical system with a separate meter to measure electrical service to the Computer Room, (ii) an FM 200 fire suppresent system for the Computer Room, including the canister (excluding, however, the initial charge), (iii) a two-hour rated fire enclosure, (iv) a twelve inch raised computer floor, (v) a 50 kilowatt uninterrupted power supply, (vi) Building standard lighting, and (vii) two (2) five ton air conditioning units with connection to the Building's condenser loop. Tenant shall cause the design, layout and specifications for the Computer Room, including Landlord Improvements to be included in the Tenant Space Plans, Tenant Layout Plans and Construction Plans. From time to time Tenant may submit copies of invoices to Landlord for work performed and material supplied in connection with the Computer Room, and Landlord will reimburse Tenant within fifteen (15) days after submission of the invoices and evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
Computer Room room whose sole function is to house a computer system and provide the required operating and non-operating environment.
Computer Room. A 12,000-15,000 square foot computer room including structural, mechanical, electrical and access flooring necessary to accomplish the construction of this facility. The finished ceiling height will be ten feet (10') above the finished access flooring elevations. The area under the access flooring shall be 12 inches (12") clear. Access flooring to be provided by Tenant.
