CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY. This agreement is for a space in the Residence Hall and covers some of the more serious problems. It is not meant to be all-inclusive. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which demonstrate due regard for their fellows residents and guests. Any students signing Occupancy Agreement for space in a Residence Hall is obligated to participate in the College’s dining plan and to pay the program fee specified by the University. Exception to this rule may be made at the side discretion of the University on the basis of a bonafide medical or religious dietary restriction in consultations with the University administration and the Dining Service Nutritionist.

CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY. Student Number: 1.1 I hereby accept the accommodations for the current semester, . 1.2 I understand that I must be a registered FULL-TIME student of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland (hereinafter referred to as “the University”), College of the North Atlantic, or Academy Canada, for the duration of my occupancy. 1.3 I understand that the University cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. 1.4 I agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure that the unit and its contents and the common areas of the premises are not subjected to damages and/or theft. 1.5 I agree to accept financial responsibility at the end of the specified term for any damage that may occur to the unit and/or its contents and to share financial responsibility for damages to those areas used in common with my roommate(s) and/or other residents. 1.6 I agree to accept financial responsibility at the end of the specified term for any extraordinary cleaning that must be performed on the unit. 1.7 I agree that the University shall not be responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any personal property located or stored on the premises or in my unit. I acknowledge that the university is not responsible for any damage or loss of belongings or University property due to improper use of equipment or unforeseen infrastructure malfunction. While the University provides reasonable security, I understand that it is wise to obtain tenant insurance for personal possessions. 1.8 I acknowledge that Student Housing reserves the right to change room placements for administrative purposes at any time throughout the semester. 1.9 I will immediately report any malfunction of equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or other University property. 1.10 I understand and agree that I am responsible for replacing any key(s), and the associated locks, if the key(s) are lost or otherwise not returned to the university.   • Conditions of Occupancy The Resident may not occupy a Room, unless (i) the Resident is currently enrolled and maintaining status as a full- time student in good standing at the Institution; (ii) this Agreement is executed by all parties; (iii) all Residence Fees then due and payable are paid in full as stated in section 2.03; (iv) the Manager has designated a Room for the Resident and (v) the Resident meets any additional conditions to occupancy established by the Institution, including any vaccination conditions.

  • Certificate of Occupancy The Contractor’s obligation under the Contract is to install the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the State Fire Marshal or his deputy, and forward it to the Design Professional as a part of the final close out procedures. The Design Professional’s obligation is to design the Work to comply with the applicable codes and to qualify for a Certificate of Occupancy.

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • PARTIAL OCCUPANCY OR USE § 9.9.1 The Owner may occupy or use any completed or partially completed portion of the Work at any stage when such portion is designated by separate agreement with the Design-Builder, provided such occupancy or use is consented to, by endorsement or otherwise, by the insurer providing property insurance and authorized by public authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Such partial occupancy or use may commence whether or not the portion is substantially complete, provided the Owner and Design-Builder have accepted in writing the responsibilities assigned to each of them for payments, retainage, if any, security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance, and have agreed in writing concerning the period for correction of the Work and commencement of warranties required by the Design-Build Documents. When the Design-Builder considers a portion substantially complete, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a list to the Owner as provided under Section 9.8.2. Consent of the Design-Builder to partial occupancy or use shall not be unreasonably withheld. The stage of the progress of the Work shall be determined by written agreement between the Owner and Design-Builder. § 9.9.2 Immediately prior to such partial occupancy or use, the Owner and Design-Builder shall jointly inspect the area to be occupied or portion of the Work to be used in order to determine and record the condition of the Work. § 9.9.3 Unless otherwise agreed upon, partial occupancy or use of a portion or portions of the Work shall not constitute acceptance of Work not complying with the requirements of the Design-Build Documents.

  • Certificates of Occupancy To the extent the same are in Seller’s possession, original or photocopies of certificates of occupancy for all space within the Improvements located on the Property;
